Yalumba

This outstanding old dessert wine is deep tawny in colour, with an aroma featuring wood aged rancio, elegant brandy spirit and hints of dried fruits and spices. The palate has a firm rich texture, with chocolate and caramel flavours and a persistent aftertaste of nuts and rancio characters. The fine spirit characters provide a firm balance to the middle palate and excellent drying finish.

Wine Advocate

The Non-Vintage Museum Reserve Antique Tawny is medium amber-colored with aromas of ginger, figs and dates. Intense, ripe, and very sweet, it will finish off your meal in style.

Score: 92. —Jay Miller, December 2009.

Wine Enthusiast

A pale tawny in color, this complex sweet wine features notes of honey, fig and citrus. It's silky in texture, even if the alcohol does show through a bit on the finish.

Score: 89. —Joe Czerwinski, February 01, 2011.
